All Utility Customers Welcome – Customers of All Utility Providers are invited to attend
Eligible households will have the opportunity to enroll in state-funded energy assistance programs that may help lower utility bills and prevent service disruption.
2025-2026 Assistance Season Reminder
The Winter Moratorium ends on March 15. After this date, all delinquent utility accounts may be subject to disconnection.
Don’t wait, get the help you need before the deadline!

Copies of documents needed to apply for programs:
• Copy of lease or mortgage
• Most current gas and electric bills
• Proof of income for all working individuals in household, to include the following:
- Social Security letter
- Child support documents
- Alimony documentation
- Unemployment documentation
- Disability letter
- Last 2 pay stubs if you get paid biweekly
- Last 4 pay stubs if you get paid weekly
- Survivor benefits
• All identification cards for household members (including school identification)
• Social Security cards for everyone in household (birth certificate for anyone 1 year or younger)
