After more than eleven years of dedicated service, Michael Gower, Executive Director of United Way of Gloucester County, has announced his departure from the organization. Michael has been a steadfast leader, partner, and advocate for our mission, and we are deeply grateful for the vision and commitment he has brought to United Way and the Gloucester County community.

During his tenure, Michael has strengthened relationships with community partners, expanded resources to meet critical needs, and led United Way through both new opportunities and unprecedented challenges. His leadership has ensured that United Way remains a trusted convener and catalyst for positive change in our community.
