This event begins with a proven, practical process for successful delegation, followed by a dynamic panel of accomplished women leaders who will share real-world strategies and lessons learned. A live Q&A will give attendees the chance to engage directly with the panelists and walk away with actionable advice to apply immediately.

About Our Hosts:
Jennifer Liberi-Middleton is a Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Consultant, and the founder of Life Executives. She specializes in helping professionals and teams develop essential leadership skills for success. With a belief that everyone can lead regardless of their title, Jennifer empowers her clients to unlock their potential and make meaningful impacts in their work and communities.
Joan Dillon, Executive Director of the Glassboro Child Development Centers, has dedicated over 40 years to the early childhood and school-age education fields. She leads a team of 60 across five program sites and is a passionate advocate for leadership development. Joan describes herself as both a student and mentor of leadership and enjoys time with her husband, four adult children, and nine grandchildren in South Jersey.

- Dr. Joanne Connor – Senior Associate Dean, College of Education, Rowan University. Brings experience as former chief of staff, principal, and teacher, combining strategic vision with educational leadership.
- Karen Y. Greene – Retired Chief Audit Executive, Cencora, Inc. (AmerisourceBergen). A servant leader with 31 years of corporate leadership, deep community service, and a newly licensed AME Church pastor.
- Claire Riggs – Managing Partner of Riggs Creative Group, LLC, Adjunct Professor at Rowan University, and founding member of Leadership Gloucester County. She has decades of experience in strategic communications and community engagement.
- Dr. Kara P. Ieva – Professor at Rowan University, nationally recognized leader in Social Emotional Learning, and educational entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience and $1.8 million in grant-funded initiatives.
