Lead Gloucester County is a comprehensive certification course offers an in-depth exploration of Gloucester County, covering its populace, governmental departments and services, operational processes, employment sectors, industries, nonprofit organizations, and its challenges.

Program Structure
Lead Gloucester County spans nine months, with sessions held from September to May on the first Friday of each month on the Rowan College of South Jersey campus. The 2024-25 program tuition covers seminars, leadership training, lunches, and tour-related transportation. Each class consists of 24 diverse individuals dedicated to learning, engaging, and growing as individuals and a collective.

Lead Gloucester County is proud to contribute a pool of well-informed, skilled, and resourceful Fellows to the community, poised to become the next generation of leaders in business, nonprofit sectors, government, and community initiatives. The program fosters a dynamic network of Fellows who collaborate and innovate, driving positive change and development within Gloucester County.
