After more than eleven years of dedicated service, Michael Gower, Executive Director of United Way of Gloucester County, has announced his departure from the organization. Michael has been a steadfast leader, partner, and advocate for our mission, and we are deeply grateful for the vision and commitment he has brought to United Way and the Gloucester County community.

During his tenure, Michael has strengthened relationships with community partners, expanded resources to meet critical needs, and led United Way through both new opportunities and unprecedented challenges. His leadership has ensured that United Way remains a trusted convener and catalyst for positive change in our community.

As Michael transitions to the next chapter in his career, United Way of Gloucester County will begin a search for a new Executive Director. The Board of Directors is committed to a thoughtful and transparent process to identify the next leader who will continue to advance our mission and build on Michael’s strong foundation.
